WHEN WE GOT ENGAGED February 11, 2007

HOW IT HAPPENED Lorie dropped Jesse off at work on Sunday February the 11^th, a Sunday that to her was like any other Sunday.  Little did she know this was going to be a Sunday she would never forget.  Shortly after Lorie dropped Jesse off, his mother was picking him up to go pick up something special.  After their excursion, Jesse’s mother dropped him back at work where he nervously clenched his new investment while waiting for Lorie to pick him up from what she thought was a long day at work.  Later that night, Jesse and Lorie were taking their friends Mandee and Scott to Jesse's parents' house in Georgetown to take their engagement photos.  They ate dinner and then proceeded to take Mandee and Scott's photos.  After they were finished Jesse suggested to Lorie "how about you put on Mandee's ring and we take our pre-engagement photos."  Lorie was confused, but willing to please, entertained the suggestion.  After putting on Mandee's ring and realizing it was too small, Lorie turned around to find Jesse down on one knee with a ring in his hand.  Jesse then asked Lorie if she would try wearing this ring.  Lorie in complete shock started crying and finally said "YES!"
